Our client, a major operator within the energy sector, required a detailed inspection of confined marine spaces on an FPSO to support ABS class survey requirements.
Conventional methods presented many challenges, including safety risks with confined space entry, scaffolding or rope access requirements to achieve close-up coverage, and limited visibility along with complex internal geometry.
